Fork of https://github.com/rpardini/docker-registry-proxy.git with minor changes for offline DeckHouse deployment.
* Changed to cache ALL (GET/HEAD) requests thought the proxy.
* Added `PROXY_CACHE_REVALIDATE` environment variable to "on"/"off" internet usage (needed for offline usage).
* Cache time increased to 720 days.
